- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the cowhide rug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your cowhide rug.
- Exceptions: Currently, all standard products are eligible for return or exchange. Customized or personalized rugs may not be eligible in the future.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased as final sale or with known defects are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
